BBS Becontree Forever Radio Podcast
I’m so grateful to have recently had the opportunity to speak with BBC Radio Becontree Forever about my new book, A Debt of Love: Honouring and Thanking Our Parents.
The interview airs Thursdays at 11am and is on rotation throughout the week. It was a heartfelt conversation about the inspiration behind my work — a book that pays tribute to the love, sacrifice, and guidance of our parents and caregivers.
A Debt of Love honours not only mothers and fathers, but also grandparents, foster carers, guardians, and all those who lovingly take on the role of caregiver. Through personal reflections and timeless teachings, including the cherished saying, “Paradise lies under the feet of your mother,” the book invites readers to rediscover gratitude, respect, and compassion for those who have nurtured us.
During the interview, I also spoke about my creative process as an artist and the role of faith in shaping both my art and writing.
